About Truly Blue Pool
My name is Roberto Marquez, and I’ve been in the service industry for over 14 years. In those 14 years, I’ve come to understand customer service and what a client looks to get out of a service company. However, other providers don’t know, which is an especially prevalent issue in the pool industry. The bulk of my knowledge in the pool industry comes from my years as a CPO instructor. I became an instructor in the first place because I was disappointed with the state of the pool industry.
Many companies were improperly servicing pools and taking shortcuts for their benefit while hurting their clients. Or if not, they were ignorant and honestly didn’t know how to care for the pools adequately. After years of teaching and seeing the state of the industry remain the same or worse, I’ve decided to found my own pool company: Truly Blue Pool, to try to remedy this problem as best I can.
